  Unfortunately there is no minus star options. Yodel are the worst service i have ever come across, in anything not just delivery services. Every single day since it was late (on the 10th day now) they have "assured" (via webchat as you can't actually speak to a human at all by any means) they have "assured" me the parcel is either "out for delivery today" or "should be delivered tomorrow"... Still, no parcel, 10 days waiting for it, 3.5 of which were specifically taken as annual leave from work as the parcel is pretty urgent. I even sent a complaint email, was informed i would receive a call within 24 hours... 3 days later and 9pm i received a call, they "assured" me it was absolutely being delivered the following day, it wasn't, 2 days later, it still hasn't. The website informs me it is "still at the depot" in fact, and as it's Sunday tomorrow i can't collect it, and the website says it will be returned to sender next week whilst i am at work every day.... So then i'm sure this will repeat when Virgin try to send it out to me again. The most ridiculous thing i've EVER dealt with. NEVER use Yodel.
